TFV Feeders

The long-lasting and well-known TF feeder from SEMO is able to feed any component packaged in tubes, from large connectors to small relays. For very narrow relays, SEMO invents a new solution which is both very simple and very efficient. The vertical tube feeder is unique … so are its benefits for industrial production.
PERFECT SOLUTION FOR VERY NARROW RELAYS
The TFV is based on the vertical loading and unloading of the sticks. The parts are simply flowing down by gravity from the tube into the feeder, which uses the field-proven technologies of the TF feeder to convey and present the components to the pick-and-place machine.
The concept is very innovative but simple and therefore extremely reliable. The narrow relays are transfered « flat » to the pick-and-machine, which eliminates any risk to tilting. This transfer is performed while guaranteeing that the connexion pins of the relay are in no mean damaged.
Two components can be transferred at a time therefore ensuring a short cycle time.
SHORTEST STICK FEEDERS ON THE MARKET
Obviously, as the sticks stand vertically, the TFV feeder is extremely short : only about 500mm outside the table. No need for bulky stick feeders any more !
Last but not least, the TFV offers the same benefits than the famous TF feeder from SEMO. The full stick reloading and the empty stick unloading can be performed without affecting the pick-and-place machine feeding : no impact on production ; your feeder keeps running.
